Treatment

Taylor Physiotherapy provides treatment for a variety of conditions, including:

  • Muscle, tendon and ligament injury
  • Neck pain including whip lash

  • Pregnancy related conditions including back and pelvic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and incontinence

  • Neurological disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Stroke

An initial assessment will take up to 45 minutes and will be used to discuss your symptoms in detail and to complete a thorough examination of your posture, alignment and range of movement as well as specialised tests relevant to your symptoms.

Once a diagnosis has been established, treatment options will be discussed with you and a treatment plan agreed. This will usually include treatment by the physiotherapist, such as joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage or electrotherapy, as well as activities for you to complete between appointments, such as an individualised exercise programme.
